The need
I wanted file redundancy across three cloud storage services without managing each copy by hand. I designed SyncHub with AI assistance to synchronize files automatically between them, defining the intended behavior around my own setup.
One authoritative working copy
I wanted the current version to stay clear as files were mirrored across services. I defined one authoritative working location, with the cloud copies serving as mirrors, and a single final copy for completed work. Those decisions give the synchronization a clear purpose: preserve access across services while keeping version ownership understandable.
Handling uncertainty and older material
I included a holding area for files whose destination is unclear, so uncertain items have an explicit place to be reviewed without interrupting every task. I also separated active work from a preserved recovery archive. The distinction allows older material to remain available without being mistaken for the current version. These are small operating decisions, but they determine whether a filing system stays understandable as it grows.
The working system
SyncHub is running, and I use it for automatic synchronization across the three services. I designed the system with AI assistance and use it for an everyday need: maintaining redundancy around my own work. It remains a personal-use system; recovery and restore-test results have not been established.
